Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free shipping on all US orders, always.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping is a flat $35.

How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1–3 business days of purchase.

Can I exchange my order?

Can I return my order?
We only accept returns in the case of a manufacturer error — wrong item or defective product. All other sales are final.

Will sold-out items restock?
Rarely — and sometimes never. ZAYAN drops in limited runs. If something's gone, it's likely gone for good.

How often do you drop new pieces?
New drops happen every 2–3 months. Join the SMS list to be first to know.

Who designs the pieces?
Everything is custom and hand-drawn by the founder. No stock graphics, no templates.

Do you do custom orders?
We don't offer customs publicly, but reach out via DM — we may be able to work something out for tailoring.

How do I find my size?
Every product page has a size chart directly underneath it. Check there before ordering.
